Developed and designed in Perth, Flash Tax uses the smart phone technology already at our fingertips to make tax time simple, affordable and quick.

FlashTax works by taking pictures of your crucial Tax documents – payment summaries, deduction receipts, private health summaries etc. – using your phone, so say goodbye to time wasted meeting with expensive accountants in person. Once you have photographed your information, and answered a few simple questions, submit your return for processing from within our easy-to-use app. On the other end, FlashTax’s Perth-based CPA accounting firm will crunch the numbers and guarantee you the best return possible (based on the information provided). Your information will only be kept on Flash Tax’s encrypted servers, so you can rest easy knowing your information is secure.

Flash Tax is free to download and the fees for filing your return costs are charged directly to your financial planner. Your financial planner will only be charged once you have filed your return and – if someone else CAN get you a better return from the information you’ve given, we will refund the fees.

FlashTax isn’t just easy and quick – it’ll help you get every dollar and cent you are owed. Fact is, most of us don’t know exactly what we can claim when lodging our returns. Other Tax apps – such as that from the Australian Tax Office - won’t prompt you for additional information which could see you receive a bigger Tax refund; FlashTax does.
